Stacy greeted me by my first name every time and felt like I was welcomed home. Buddy was also incredibly kind and was personable which is really nice. A lot of docs are cold and just there because they have to be, I always felt like he wanted to be there which made me more comfortable.
Those two stood out the most to me but everyone else was also very kind as well. Brushed, flossed, and mouth-washed faithfully and stayed away from the foods I was supposed to stay away from.

They told me over the phone that they used a machine to scan your mouth for the retainer. I checked in at the front desk. They called me to the back to start the process. I sat down in the seat. She called tech support while she was right next to me. She told Dr. Davis that tech support rep told her that it would take 24 hours to update the machine so that they could use the scan for the retainer.
Davis apologized for the delay. She told me I can come back at pm.
